Introducing Our New Course:

Maintenance I

This course has been a long time coming. This first part of the trilogy of new courses is all about the psychology of Maintenance—the mindset. It will cover everything from your identity, fears, grief, anxiety, and more—all the inner work you need to do to successfully maintain your Bright Body for the long term.

“I think this course will give people who’ve been doing Bright Line Eating for a long time the next step in what they’ve been looking for, which is how to maintain the BLE identity and lifestyle day in and day out.” – Nadia

“I’m excited because I think we’re going to be able to help people maintain their Bright Bodies with ease.” – Linden

“To me, Maintenance is the crux of BLE. It makes all the difference when it comes to being able to maintain my Lines for the rest of my life instead of reverting to old behaviors and regaining all the weight.” – Lynn

“I am looking forward to the Maintenance I Course to learn the psychology behind keeping our weight off long term and how to live in a Bright Body without the focus always being on losing weight.” – Tracy

“I’m excited about this Maintenance I course because it addresses head on that this isn’t really only about food. There are so many other issues that people have tried to handle with food. Now we actually get to the heart of the issue, which is why the psychology behind it is so essential. Even before we look at the logistics.” – JoAnn
